I received my first Kodak Brownie camera on my 8th birthday. Wow, the excitement was overwhelming! I was totally hooked from that moment on. To be able to capture a moment in time, and have a durable record of the event was so amazing. While many platforms of the photographic image have succumbed to the digital format I still favor film, pinhole cameras and in some instances glass plates. What a meaningful artistic expression the photographic image is. I enjoy creating the digital landscape, train photos, environmental and experimental photographs. Don't forget to keep taking pictures of everything and everyone.
You know, sometimes the best photographic image is behind you.
Be bold. Be kind. Be yourself.
